Student Services and Facilities

During term time, the Payment Centre is open daily from 8.00am (only at break times for students) for receiving payments and student queries.  There is a telephone available for student use.  The office is staffed until 15mins after school finishes each day.

Lunch passes are issued by the Deans Office to students who are going to their own homes for lunch.  Students are otherwise not permitted to leave the school grounds at interval or lunchtimes.

Motor vehicle passes are also issued by the Deans Office and the school reserves the right, at any stage, to withdraw the student’s motor vehicle pass.  All student motor vehicles must be registered with the school.  We ask parents to complete a transport registration form which is available online Year 9-11 and Year 12-13. A paper copy can be collected from reception if you prefer.

The school has a full-time First Aid Officer located in the Sick Bay. If students feel sick or have an accident at school, they should report to the Sick Bay in the first instance to be assessed before going home.

The school has a dedicated Physiotherapy service available for all students. You can read more about it on the Spartan Sport Page.

A wide variety of healthy food and drinks are available to purchase at the school Canteen which is open before school, during intervals and at lunchtimes.

The Parent Portal allows students (via their own unique login and password) access to the daily notices and information pertaining to them such as their timetable, results, NCEA summary and school reports.
